Cultural Paradigms of the Citizen in Project Management
http://www.sciencepublishinggroup.com/journal/paperinfo.aspx?journalid=353&doi=10.11648/j.ijmfs.20150101.11
Culture is one the important component in the city. Our views on the world are disparate and, although sciences comprehend parts of the world's rationality, this comprehension is not all-encompassing. In other hands, the concept of “city” and “management” shown sustainable cities programme (SCP) for all aspects related of city. Therefore, in order to improve life conditions, environmental sustainability, economics and etc., we need strong approaches for city managing. In this paper, we first review some important concepts, then we proposed some strategy for reinforcement of the sustainable cities, that is cities management.

Modeling the Optimal Diet Problem for Renal Patients with Fuzzy Analysis of Nutrients
http://www.sciencepublishinggroup.com/journal/paperinfo.aspx?journalid=353&doi=10.11648/j.ijmfs.20150101.12
This research is intended to analyze optimum nutrition of renal patients in fuzzy environment. One of the important factors in optimized nutrition of renal patients is the daily amount of received nutritious materials. High consumption of proteins, phosphor, salt and potassium enhances the disability of kidneys in these patients. There are several factors for which the accurate determination of nutritious materials present in different foods is impossible. Our purpose in this paper is to present a proper diet model for renal patients in the fuzzy environment. In most studies the daily nutrient intake decisions were made based on crisp data. By prescribing a diet based on crisp data, some of realities are neglected. For the same reason, we dealt with renal patient's diet problem through fuzzy approach. we have provided diet problem as multi-objective fuzzy linear programming problem in which minimization of Protein, Phosphor, Sodium, Potassium are considered as our objectives. Results indicated uncertainty about amount of nutrients and their intake affects diet quality making it more realistic. This research consists of two parts. In the first part, multi-objective fuzzy linear programming problem was investigated and in the second part, practical example of multi-objective fuzzy linear programming problem in relation to optimized diet of human will be presented and solved.

A Novel Strategy for Comparative Points in Facility Layout Problem with Fuzzy Logic
http://www.sciencepublishinggroup.com/journal/paperinfo.aspx?journalid=353&doi=10.11648/j.ijmfs.20150102.11
Distance measure is one of the most important component in facility layout problems. Many distance approaches have been proposed so far. However, there is no method that can always give a satisfactory solution to every situation. In this paper, first we review on some distance methods, then we present a new strategy for comparative points in facility layout with fuzzy logic, which it is very useable, specifically when it is hard (or impossible) to use other methods to solve uncertain points. Finally, some numerical examples illustrate the presented method as well as comparing it with other various ones.

A Novel Strategy of E-health Care to Achieve Sustainable Development
http://www.sciencepublishinggroup.com/journal/paperinfo.aspx?journalid=353&doi=10.11648/j.ijmfs.20150103.11
E-health is the single most important revolution which is the use of digital information and communication technologies to improve people’s healthcare. Obtain sustainability and meet the needs of patients are the greatest global challenge facing the world today therefore we need new strategy to achieve sustainable development in E- healthcare. In this paper, first we define some important concepts, then we propose a new strategy of E-heath to achieve sustainable development. Finally, we present a new model for E-heath to achieve sustainable development.
